At MAKE Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
